Forum dates are October 17th – 19th, 2012

Registration after September 7, 2012: $425.00
The Forum will be held at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel in Downtown San Antonio, Texas. Registration includes breaks, continental breakfast, lunch, welcome reception and conference materials.
Seats are limited to the first 150 registered participants and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early to save money and reserve your seat as seats will go quickly.
Registrants are responsible for reserving their own hotel rooms. El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel is the host hotel. Please make your reservation quickly as the block of rooms will go fast. Hotel information can be found on the Hotel Info page.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations prior to September 28, 2012 will be subject to a $75 processing fee. All eligible refunds will be processed after the workshop date. Cancellations made after September 28, 2012 will not receive a refund.
