The code is case sensitive and all parts of the registration process must be completed in order to receive the discount. Failure to do so can cause delays in your registration.
The Forum will be held at the host hotel, El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel in Downtown San Antonio, Texas. Registration includes breaks, refreshments, lunch, the 150 Years of the USDA Celebration reception, Boat Tour of Riverwalk, Networking Social, and conference materials.
Registrants are responsible for reserving their own rooms. Please make your reservation quickly as the block of rooms will go fast. Hotel information can be found on the Hotel Info page.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations PRIOR to September 2, 2013 will be subject to a $75 processing fee. All eligible refunds will be processed AFTER the workshop date. Cancellations made after September 2, 2013 will not receive a refund.
